ABOUT
I act as your mirror so you can recognize why you are not reaching your goals and your company’s goals. I help you reach those goals by exploring varying alternatives (the what’s and how’s). If, you and I find that you know the what’s and how’s and are not using them to achieve your goals then we explore why you aren’t using them to accomplish your dreams and goals.
Once we look in the mirror we analyze your beliefs, your blockages and impediments to achieving your goals. Basically, I kick your butt (in a nice way). I also work with you to expand your mind to open up to (see) greater possibilities and opportunities in your business and your life. Yes, we look at the how and the what and they are important. But the critical aspects are: the vision you have for yourself and your company, why am I not achieving this vision and what is in my way. This approach often leads to positive concrete financial results.
I use my many technical business skills and much practical business experience to help you achieve your goals. At times I act as a trusted advisor. I was a CPA for over 30 years. I am a lawyer and have been one for over 25 years. I have been and am currently the President of my own hotel company. Also, I am an executive vice president of a real estate investment and management company. Early on I ran the day to day operations of my hotel company for about 5 years and still oversee it as President.
I am a self- proclaimed self-help nut. Over the past 20 some years I have taken many self-help courses, business courses and spiritual courses. I love to learn. I use what I have learned in those courses and my business experiences to help you accomplish your goals. Having worked as a business coach and adviser for the past seven years I truly enjoy working with people to help them grow themselves and their businesses.
